When purchased individually. Drops to $100/exhibitor when enabled for all exhibitors at an event. Exhibitors scan attendee badges to capture leads.

Onsite Event Support

PowerAMS staff on the ground at your conference — from check-in to close. Per staff member per day. Client provides lodging for travel.

The Revenue Share Credit.

PowerAMS Growth subscribers earn a 30% credit toward next year's license — based on revenue your events generate through Registration Processing fees and Exhibitor Lead Retrieval. The more your events produce, the more you save.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Your monthly or annual subscription includes onboarding, data migration assistance, and unlimited support.

Can we move our existing member data in?

Yes. We import from CSV exports of most AMS platforms. We'll do the mapping and dry-run the import together before going live.

What does "non-branded" vs. "branded" mobile app mean?

Non-branded: attendees download an app under PowerAMS's shell and see your event branded inside. Branded: your own listing on App Store and Google Play, your icon on the attendee's home screen. Branded is included with Growth.

How does the Revenue Share Credit actually work?

Growth subscribers earn 30% of platform-generated event revenue (Registration Processing + Lead Retrieval) as a credit toward the next year's license. A mid-sized event producing $8,700 in platform revenue offsets $2,610 of your renewal.

What payment processor do you use?

MXMerchant. It's integrated directly — there's no second account to set up, no reconciliation to a separate processor dashboard.

Do you offer annual contracts?

Yes — annual is preferred (and the pricing reflects that: $750/mo × 12 = $9,000). Month-to-month is available; talk to us.

Can we run a virtual event on Core?

Yes. Virtual and hybrid events are included on both Core and Growth.

What about the LMS?

The LMS for online courses is launching Fall 2026. It's included with Growth at launch and available as a $300/mo add-on on Core.
